Preschool Partners in Gratiot and Isabella counties consist of eleven different local agencies or school districts.  All programs implement a state approved curriculum of either High Scope® or Creative Curriculum®.  The partnership works closely with the Gratiot Isabella Great Start Collaborative.

The Midland division of the Regional Preschool Partnership consists of seven partners through out the county.  All programs implement Conscious Discipline® and use the Creative Curriculum® in their classroom.  The partnership has been in existence for seven years and is a workgroup of Midland County Great Start Collaborative.

Big dreams start young.


What an exciting time for you and your family!  Although it can be difficult choosing a quality preschool experience for your child, the Regional Preschool Partnership wants to help you through the process. 
To apply for free preschool and start the application process, please fill out the interest form located at  www.michiganpreschool.org or call 989-492-7702  ext. 1232. 

Please be careful to complete the entire interest form. It is very important to include your child's date of birth, gross household income (before taxes), place of residence and program preference so we can determine eligibility. You will be contacted by a Preschool Partnership representative to let you know if your child ​is eligible for a full or partial scholarship to one of our programs.​


If you are eligible for Head Start you will be contacted by a Head Start representative to provide an explanation of services offered through the Head Start Program. 

Preschool Checklist is available for download. This checklist will give you important information regarding the enrollment process, contact information and documents you will need to gather to give to your choice preschool.

About Regional Preschool Partnership:

Saginaw county consist of eleven different local agencies or school districts.  All programs implement a state approved curriculum of either High Scope® or Creative Curriculum®.  Many Saginaw providers have completed training to implement Social Emotional Strategies taught through the Center on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning (CSEFEL).  The partnership works closely with the Saginaw Great Start Collaborative.
