All of these programs:

Have preschool programs that are provided free of charge.

Encourage children of all abilities to apply.

Serve children with special needs and/or disabilities.

Provide adaptations when necessary for the successful involvement of all children.

Are licensed by the state of Michigan.

Can provide resources for families on parent education, food pantries, utility assistance, rent
assistance and the Car Seat Safety program.

Use Creative Curriculum or High Scope Curriculum Models.

Partner with the Midland County Educational Service Agency to provide evaluations,
specialized therapies and services for children with special needs.
  

The Midland County Quality Preschool Partnership is a voluntary collaboration of the agencies providing State and Federally funded preschool services.

All the partner agencies are committed to supporting families and ensuring that every preschool child enters kindergarten ready to learn.  All the partner programs offer a quality educational preschool experience.

The Partnership is a workgroup of Midland County's Success by 6 Initiative.

You will reach a recorded message that asks you to leave your name, address, phone number, your child's name, and your child's date of birth.

Within 1 business day, we will mail you an Intake Form, a Brochure identifying all of the preschool programs in the Partnership, and a Letter explaining the free preschool program.

When we receive your completed intake form, we will process it and forward it to the program of your choice.

The program will contact you to complete the application process.
